A new answer, a different world in every span!
The first book of the “Chubby” Books series written and illustrated by the humor master Behiç Ak meets with its young readers once again. The artist who animates the times we live in with his original illustrations and stories, uses an interesting narration to explain how a span can have different meanings in this first story of curious Memo and his friend Tombiş. Just like in all his books, Behiç Ak who inspires children to ask their own questions and create their own stories, encourages them to develop ideas and meanings and at the same time opens the way to their future philosophy readings.
Overview
Shaking hands with the repairman Ali Usta, Memo realizes that his hand gets lost in portly man’s palm. Memo is afraid that his palm will always remain small. He is curious about other people’s spans and starts to ask everyone he encounters the size of their span. Of course his friend Tombiş is one of those. Wow! There are so many different spans. Some have spans as wide as eight notes, some other as wide as the Moon. Can a span have so many different meanings for people?
